If the service has been dropped from Apple Store, why it continues to charge me on renewal of subscription?

Why can't I connect all the time???

I have been using this VPN for the last 8 years without any major issues. Once in a while it disconnects but over-ally it’s good. The support team has also been helpful when I contact them for support. Unfortunately, for the last 5 days I have not been able to connect to any of the servers… while in China. I also contacted the support team twice but to no avail.

I paid but I cannot get the service The app simply stuck at the boot page 98% time when I open the app. And most severs are unreachable most the time. And they wouldn’t refund me

For the last 4 months , the app stuck at logo and doesn’t work look like stuck, I removed it many times even thought my subscription ends in July 2021 Pls advice

In countries where government blocks websites China, Ukraine - this app works 50/50. As well as many other vpn apps... internet providers are trying to block access to vpn servers. On some WiFi networks, especially public - it is not working. But this app still much better than others that’s 100

In China for two days and still can open this app which I purchased.

As an entrepreneur I travel frequently and need to access secure sites in public WiFi areas. VPN shield has always protected my access to these sites and ensured safe and secure transactions. Easy to operate set up and allows the use on multiple devices.

Cannot be downloaded!

Never had a problem connecting to the many countries it offered. I'd say this is a fine product indeed.

Hello, I accidentally ordered a subscription and immediately contacted them for a reversal. I got a form letter (actually twice) saying I needed to to resolve via Apple. And Apple is referring me to the app guys. And this app does not show up under my iTunes subscriptions, which I have since learned is shady. The app has made this very hard and evasive to resolve. Horrible client care.

I'm on a business trip in China and VPN Shield saved my life, I've been using it for the last 5 days and didn't have a problem so far, very useful and totally recommended.

Works great. I use this for security. It does not slow down connection. Allows me to watch shows in areas not available. Works very well in Kuwait.

Flexible and inexpensive. I use it a lot. Sometimes it can hang or interferes with mail. No problem, remove from memory (double tap home and remove app upwards). Occasionally I have to reboot iPhone, but hey, this works so much better than other VPNs I've used it really is no problem. We need security and this delivers.

Over the past year I have been using various versions of software from different vendors trying to find something that worked reliably. Mostly, I have been disappointed. The problems result from difficulties with keeping my iPad connected to wi-fi networks. What typically happens is a message saying the network quality is not suitable for VPN. Since trying VPN Shield my dropped network instances have gone up 12 a day to about once every three or four days. I am very happy now finding a product that provides VPN service and stability. Being able to use the same products on both my PC and iPad makes life easier as well. All my systems using this software indicate good VPN protection. I recommend this product to those needing protection on both Windows and iOS.

This fast VPN has very nice features, and reliable connections. I use it on my iPad and MacBook Pro to access YouTube from China, the HD video streams are very smooth as expected. The support-team is responsible and helpful. I am a happy user for finally finding VPN Shield, after I have had so many troubles in trying many different VPN apps.

I've tried other VPN services, but this one is the best- by a long shot. The others are mostly priced by data and need to be managed. Not VPN Shield....

The best vpn i have ever used!

Being a frequent traveler this is the best app to give you access to all the American sites, channels and services 24/7. No sought this is a must and one day should be part of any O.S. VPN 2 is great cause you only turn on one button.

Works well for me even in India. Disconnects once in a while but not irritatingly so. Recommend

very buggy and unreliable. frequently disconnects and fails to reconnect until ipad is restarted. anotgher issue is that i can rarely connect unless i enable "always on". never had reliability problems before version 2. gonna stick with version 1 until major bugs are worked out
